You are allowed to cancel your booking without penalty within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.
If cancellation occurs 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date, a 50% refund of the booking cost will be issued. Bookings are non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Regardless of the timing, a 3.50% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.
For bookings made within a week or less prior to the check-in date, no refunds are available (the 48-hour cancellation grace period does not apply to these bookings).
Disruptions to travel plans due to COVID-19 are not covered under our Extenuating Circumstances policy.
