The space was great for the amount of girls we had staying. Host was responsive and sent someone out when we had an issue with the fire pit!
The house has lots of rooms for activities! Needs some updates especially in regards to the kitchen, but otherwise great place to stay and host allowed early check in and fixed water heater same day!
Great backyard & activities, but the house itself could use some maintenance. Only real issue was the difficulty of getting hot water, despite having someone come out to help it still wasn’t consistently available throughout our stay. Wish we wouldn’t have ignored the other reviews about that. The hosts were very responsive via messaging though. Heated pool was very warm!

Due to an emergency with a previous Airbnb booking, we booked this listing VERY last minute. It was booked about 1 hour prior to check in for a group of 8 people for the weekend. The house was exactly like the pictures, check in was a breeze and the host was generous and responsive. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. It was a great home for a group vacation with a half court basketball court, mini golf, corn hole and the pool with a nice fire table outside for great conversation and memories. Great home! Highly recommend!
If you want a place to make memories with friends that is 5 minutes from everything, this is place for you! Wynwood is close, grocery store and gas station even a convenience store is 2 minutes away. Great beds, amazing fun pool, a pool house for a hostel like situation for all your single friends. And it’s clean and kept beautiful. I loved coming home and hanging out every night, great place for friends to make memories! We all want to stay again!
A great place to stay with a group. The host was super responsive. As mentioned in other reviews, there isn’t much hot water in the upstairs shower.

Great spot for a big group! Came for a bachelorette party, was a good size for a group of 14. Does have some pool towels provided. Had some issues getting the grill to work (ended up having to cook inside) but otherwise everything worked well.
Overall a fine Airbnb. Had trouble getting in at first and had to wait about an hour because the wrong passcode was provided and the upstairs shower did not get hot. But other than that everything was good.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Miami4you will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Miami4you will match it.
