The home is beautiful and as pictured but there are a few things to be noted: There is only one bedroom with two beds that are kings. Listing states two bedrooms have two kings. After booking, there are additional fees for pool heating and early check-in that will cost you several hundred dollars. The pool heat is impacted by rain. If you pay for heating and it rains, you are out of luck. You also need to ask the host to heat the jacuzzi each time you want to use it. There is a massive gutter near the basketball court, making it easy for the balls to get lost. We stopped playing pickleball because this was frustrating. There were tiny gnats seen on the floors of the bedrooms. Nothing major but worth noting. We had many mosquito bites after hanging out in the backyard. Nothing in the area that is walkable. Pros: beautiful pool and outside, many layout chairs, spacious rooms with vanities, 2 washers/dryers, many towels and blankets provided, 15-30 min from the Brickell scene.
This home was excellent. My kids LOVED the pool and made use of it everyday along with the basketball court! I would definitely recommend to family and friends and would stay again for any future visits my family and I would have.

I would definitely recommend this house it was so nice had everything at the home we barely had to leave..this will be my permanent stay when I visit Miami.

This listing is misleading. We booked specifically because it advertised a “heated resort-style pool.” The pool was never heated and was completely unusable for the entire stay. After check-in, the host kept changing explanations: first saying pool heat was included, then claiming it required a $350 fee with 48 hours’ notice, then blaming the weather and a previous guest. None of this was disclosed in the listing at the time of booking. During our stay, the listing was edited and the word “heated” was removed, confirming the original description was false. The jacuzzi and pool are fully controlled by the host, with no on-site controls. We had to message the host every time we wanted to use the spa, and responses were often delayed or ignored, which caused us to miss using the spa one evening. When we raised legitimate concerns about the missing advertised amenity, the host became hostile and threatening, including talk of removing us and calling the police, which made us feel unsafe

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Miami4you will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
