Edurado was great and super responsive.
Super argumentative host, lots of back and forth to get the code to check in. Was slow to respond so I contact support and host got upset. The price for the unit did not live up to the expectations we had ants infestation for the whole time we were there . Host brought ants spray for us to use, but who wants to be spraying ants on vacation. The are is a mix, nothing walkable as I wouldn’t recommend walking through the surrounding areas.

Place was nice, it was easy to find and the backyard was cool. Not really the best neighborhood though.
I had a great stay here with 5 other guys. The place could definitely use some maintenance though. The freezer ice dispenser is broken and cold air/ice will come out without touching it - we had to block it off, the pond outside is empty, the fan unit above the stove doesn’t work, and the house has some basic wear and tear. Great for a group if you don’t mind a few rough spots. The place was clean on arrival and had great amenities to keep us busy!

I will say this trip was definitely one to remember. The hose was super accommodating providing an early and late check out. The home did look like the pictures BUT do not let the pictures deceive you the house is a little older, run down, and has had some previous water damage. As well the drive way is super narrow. Pool table not stable at all. Freezer leaked and would shoot out ice without anyone touching it. When we arrived there is a lake in the backyard that had a dead possum in it immediately the host fixed the situation. The irons in the home did not work immediately that was resolved. The fridge worked but definitely leaked we had to put a towel under it some nights. The backyard decking was loose when walking off into the other house we tripped a couple of times 😂. The pool as well was freezing it is not heated and some of the wooding was cracked and needs repair. Our main issue was our last two nights the back houses water did not run at all. The host did try to fix
Great place for hosting larger groups like bachelor trips
The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. Plenty of space for privacy. Great house for two families to be together but separate too!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Miami4you will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Miami4you will match it.
