Hey my family and I had a great time at your airbnb. we look forward stay there again.
The house is extremely spacious and filled with things to have a great time — the pool, putting green, games, and many others made it the best place to hang out with a group. All of the rooms were very clean and looked just like the photos, plus there was another bedroom and bathroom not shown in the listing. Host was also very responsive and helpful! The only negative is something out of the host's control — the neighbors have roosters that are quite loud starting early in the morning. We still enjoyed our stay, but a heads up to future guests!

The home was very easy to locate and inviting upon entry. We travelled with a party of 9 and the home was perfect for our guests. Very clean, the landscaping and amenities at the home were very well kept. We were met with the cleaning people on property when we arrived. There were only three drawbacks: First, the bathroom off the livingroom had a foul odor. We burned a candle in the room and kept the bathroom door closed so it kept the smell to just that area of the house. I did read that other reviews, but thought it had been rectified. Secondly, the ROOSTERS....OMG, they were unrelenting. We enjoyed long nights and early mornings while in Miami and those roosters were deafening when trying to get some rest. Third, lack of hot water for those showering in the renovated garage and adjoining bedroom. Unfortunately, we lost power for a few hours due to a storm but that appeared to be out of the owners control. Overall, it was an okay experience.
The house itself was lovely and as pictured. The backyard and pool were wonderful. There is even an extra king bedroom (converted from garage) that provides even more space! Five stars for the house itself and the amenities. However, The area isn’t the greatest. If you just want to enjoy the house and pool, you are all set. If you are looking to explore, plan to drive 30 minutes + to activities and meals. The biggest issue is the neighbors rooster(s). It screams all night…. And most of the day. If you aren’t comfortable sleeping with ear plugs and white noise, you won’t get much sleep.

Backyard neighbours own a bunch of roosters, woke up every day at 4/5am because of them. Host acted like it was a new issue but a few previous guests complained about this issue already. The roosters sqawk all day.
We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was super fancy, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. The pool was stunning and perfectly heated, with a view that felt like pure paradise — gorgeous trees, beach chairs, and such a relaxing atmosphere. Eduardo was a fantastic host: very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Everything was seamless from start to finish. This was truly a great experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Eduardo!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Miami4you will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
