Check was supposed to be at 4 cleaning people finished at 6, there’s some smell in the house, hot tub can’t be heated too much and can’t be heated same time with the pool, in the night one of the bedrooms the light switch died so we couldn’t turn off the light, All in general it was ok nice place not bad area I expected to get more for what I paid

I would stay far away from this place and from the host, this place has a terrible smell, the owner put in a dehumidifier, but it is only a bandage, the place is moldy and smells, I tried to message the host, but the host simply ignored, he didn’t even bother to answer me.

The house itself is pretty, but the stay had many issues that deeply affected our experience. 1st- the humidifier made the entire house smell bad. It was noticeable throughout the stay, and not just to us—when I posted a video on my IG (something unrelated), someone actually commented recognizing the house and asked if it still smelled, which confirmed this has been an ongoing issue. The biggest prob by far was the hot water. The showers only lasted about 4.5 min. When NO one eIse was using it- it went completely cold. I spent over $4.5k- hosted six people for a work trip, and every one of us was extremely disappointed to realize there was essentially no hot water for normal showers. When I reached out to the host- I was met with attitude and insisted the heater was “fine,” rather than listening to legit concerns from a paying guest. When she did send someone out, there was a language barrier. My biggest tip for the host would be to listen to their customers instead of dismissing

My BIGGEST problem was the smell. I was concerned if it was mold, there was a humidifier in the middle of the hallway. The smell was HORRIBLE, my family and I went out to purchase candles and Lysol. The house is not bad it’s the smell. I do feel, they should be more specific on the jacuzzi and fire pit instructions for use as well. Overall 5/10. Never again.
Overall, the place was absolutely beautiful and grate for a girls weekend. The only issue we had was that the place smelled when the AC turns on but once you get inside the place you get used to it. The pool and living room are literally perfect
This stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and the host was amazing—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. The yard was stunning, incredibly private, and a perfect place to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay again!
We had a beautiful time at this location. The weather wasn’t so nice so the jacuzzi became the most important part of the trip. The only problem was it took 1-2 hours for it to heat up every time you wanted to go in. Also the hot water for the shower empties out quickly because once the first person showers and you need to wait some time between. Besides that, the house was clean and nice and very private in the backyard. Location was ok, could’ve been dot better. Seemed far from certain places and wasn’t nice enough to just go for a walk outside. Host was amazing very responsive. Overall we had a great time thank you

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Miami4you will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
