Decent house but needs a lot of work. Not worth the price for the upkeep of the home. We dealt with ants from the moment we got there which ruined a ton of our food. The owners did respond quickly and sprayed - but the ants didn’t stop and continued throughout our stay. Microwave was broken Television was broken Overall the house is outdated. The master bedroom bed had scratches all over it. Showers had mold, master bathroom shower handle kept falling off. It was unfortunate a lot of the basic amenities didn’t work. Owners responsive but have a lot to work on.
Excellent accommodation. I would rent here again the next time I return to Miami—everything was very lovely.

We stayed here as a group of 10 (Feb 2026) for a special occasion. While we did our best to enjoy ourselves, sadly the lack of maintenance did put a slight dampener on the experience. The heated pool was lovely, and the outside seating area is great for groups to relax and spend time together that was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, although the photos on Airbnb reflect the layout of the property, the overall upkeep did not meet expectations. The wooden flooring in the outside seating area creaks, there is peeling paint, chipped tiles, and the oven door handle was loose. Overall, the property feels more worn than the listing suggests, especially for the price paid. More mirrors in the bedrooms would also be helpful, particularly when accommodating a larger group. The property has great potential, but it would really benefit from proper maintenance and some updating to align with the expectations set by the listing.
The house is perfect for big groups. We also loved all the amenities available to us specifically the heated pool. We did have a few issues, however the host responded immediately and took care of us. I would definitely recommend and we would stay again!
We enjoyed our stay here so much. The outdoors on this property is awesome, great pool and sitting areas for large groups. The house was very clean, well stocked and great lounge area . We will definitely be back

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Miami4you will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
